Tiny Tumble (Ages 3-5)


Tiny Cheer FUNdamentals (Ages 3-5)


Mini Cheer FUNdamentals (Ages 5-8)


Cartwheels & Handstands (Ages 6-8) - One hour tumbling class focusing on beginning tumble skills with no prerequisite skills. This one hour class is geared specifically for ages 6 through 8.


Cartwheels & Handstands (Ages 9+) - One hour tumbling class focusing on beginning tumbling skills with no prerequisite skills. This one hour class is geared specifically for ages 9 and older.


Walkovers & Roundoffs - One hour tumbling class focusing on front and back walkovers and roundoffs.  Prerequisite skills for this class are a solid cartwheel and handstand.


Beginner Back Handsprings - One hour tumbling class focusing on beginning to learn a back handspring. Prerequisite skills for this class are front walkovers, back walkovers and roundoffs.


Handsprings & Roundoff Back Handsprings - One hour tumbling class focusing on handspirngs and roundoff back handsprings.  Prerequisite skills for this class are front walkovers, back walkovers, roundoffs as well as a standing back handspring.


Beginner Tucks - One hour tumbling class focusing on beginning to learn a back tuck. Prerequisite skills for this class are triple back handsprings and roundoff triple back handsprings.


Advanced Tucks - One hour tumbling class focusing on specialty passes to include a back tuck. Prerequisite skills for this class are triple back handsprings and roundoff back handsprings back tuck and a punch front.


Layouts & Twisting - One hour tumbling class focusing on layouts and twisting skills. Prerequisite skill is a punch front through to tuck.


Teen Tumbling - One hour tumbling class focusing on beginning tumbling skills with no prerequisite skills. This one hour class is geared specifically for ages 12 and older.


Parkour - One hour tumbling class focusing on parkour skills.


Aerials - One hour tumbling class focusing on Aerials. Prerequisite skill is a strong roundoff.


Open Tumbling - This is a chance to practice all of the drills you have been working so hard on and push yourself to get those difficult skills. Coaches are availabel for safety spotting only, not instructional spotting.


Open Gym - the gym is open for athletes to work on their own.  Coaches are supervising and available for safety spotting only, not instructional spotting.
